I wanted to use the vegetables from the garden. Squash always grows so well. I decided to use the yellow and green zuchini in place of lasagna noodles. It was delicious.

Well, As if we haven't had enough going on this summer. Devan and Krystal got engaged to be married on August 13th. They make a perfect couple and we are sooo excited for them. I'm thrilled to have another lovely girl in the family. They are still working on the wedding plans.
